Marion County Jail in Salem Or Stop denying the abuse, and face the truth Salem Oregon

I believe the abuse is real in Marion County Jail, they are treating some of the inmates worse than animals, they strip them from their clothes, and thier bedding and all kind of cavers and leave them naked in their cell all night long on the cold cement floor to sleep on. They pull them up from their hair and smash their faces into the wall, they put the hand cuffs on the inmate's wrists so tight it cuts and makes their wrists bleed, then throw them in the hole for weeks so they can heal, before they can allow the inmates to see any visitors or can make any phone calls. They also screen the out going mail to see what the inmates have to say to the outsiders.
Jail officials needs to take a serious action and take inconsideration of the inmates complaints and grievances about how the guards are treating the inmates, and stop covering up for the guards wrong doing, and add cameras inside the jail and make sure to protect the whistle-blower from any harm.
