In September 2009 I, Mike Reddick received a telephone call from A Mark Bocinski with Electronic Payments a credit card processing co. I normally hang up on telamarketers, but I had recently been thinking I should maybe start taking credit cards. We agreed to meet at my home/office where he then offered me the following services. He said my Visa and Master Card purchases would 1.3% run through as debit, and at 1.6% when they were run through as credit. I thought that was a great price per transaction.  He then stated there were was no annually fee and that if for any reason I did not like the service that I was receiving I could cancel at any time. He said that he would personally pick up the processing machine if I did not like the service or that I thought I was paying to much for my processing.  He also stated repeatedly that if I ever had any problems that he was just a phone call away! NOT TRUE!!!!! NOT EVEN CLOSE TO THE TRUTH!!! I started having problems within weeks of receiving the credit card processer. I received the processer on 09-23-2009. On or around    10-21-2009 I was looking over my bank statement and noticed On 10-05-2009 there were two charges made to my account, the first one was from Northern Leasing for $39.86, that one was supposed to be $26.00. The second was for $1.61 from Bankcard which is Northern Leasing, and I still do not know what that charge was for. I then tried to call the number on Mark Bocinski's business card (520-297-6828)and repeatedly a fax machine would pick up. It was about this time that I was feeling like I may have been taken! I had no way to get a hold of this man! I then asked my banker if she could provide a phone number to go with these charges and I was given a number (which I no longer have) and asked them to explain the charges and all they could say is that they were for a credit card processer. NOTE: As of this time I  still had not used the machine to make any transactions: Now they did give me another phone number to get a hold of Mark Bocinski, that number was 619-410-9913 and I still could not get a hold of him, I did leave a message actually several messages.On 10-27-2009 I finally got a call from Mr Bocinski and he gave some wretched excuse for not returning my calls, and then went on to say that he would look into the charges and get back to me. That was the last time I have spoken with Mr Bocinski. So I then started watching my account more closely, every morning the first thing I would do is get online and check my accounts thinking maybe that I would see a credit on my account from electronic payments. I then noticed a charge on 10-28-2009 from Northern Leasing for $31.78. (Suppose to be $26.00 per month. And then again on 11-02-2009 Northern leasing again charged my account $32.93 ??? The next day I a noticed a charge of $6.00 on 11-03-2009 from Bankcard, (Electronic Payments)about this time I also received an invoice from Electronic Payments for the $6.00 charge. NOTE: I still had not yet processed any credit cards on this machine. I then called the 800 number on the invoice and asked for an explanation of these charges. I was informed at that time that I would be charged a $6.00 fee every month above the transaction percentage. I then asked why I was getting charged over $30.00 a month for the processing machine when that was only supposed to $26.00 per month. I was told that electronic payments has nothing to do with the machines, that I would have to bring that up with northern leasing. I then asked for a phone number for Mark Bocinski, and again I was given 619-410-9913. I called it, and again left message for him to call me. Still have not received a call. Note: I still had not used the machine but at this point I did not know what to do! I felt as though I had been taken but I just sucked it up to this point, after all $6.00 per month was not going to bring my business crumbling down.(Even though they then charged $6.04 on 12-03-2009.  Then in January I made the one and only transaction that was ever made on this machine for the amount of $253.05 on 01-08-2010. On 01-11-2010 my account was credited the full amount of $253.05 which was great, I kind of felt a sigh of relief. But as I was looking over the other charges on my account I noticed that electronic payments had charged my account $26.00 on 01-04-2010. I then called the 800 number and I asked why I was now charged another $20.00. I was informed that once per year I must update my info on the internet or I will be charged $20.00 dollar fee. I informed this person that I had only been with them for three months and that no body had told me of this, and in fact Mark Bocinski, my supposed rep. would not even return my calls. I then asked to speak to a supervisor. I demanded that the $20.00 fee be credited back to my account. She stated "absolutely not!" I pleaded my case as to the fact, Annual Report! I have not been doing business them barely over three months, let alone a year! I was furious, but again I felt I was scammed but it was all my fault for even doing business with a telemarketer in the first place. I just felt helpless. Then on 02-03-2010 I got online and noticed that electronic payments and charged me account $35.81. They had charged me again the $20.00, $6.00, and almost 4% for the one transaction. That is when I new that I could not have this company just charging my account what ever they wanted when ever they wanted. I no longer felt comfortably knowing that these scammers had my account info. I then went to my bank and informed my banker of my situation and she instructed me to open a new account, let anything outstanding pass through my old account and then close it. Which I did on February 20th 2010. On or around February 24th 2010 I faxed a cancelation notice to Electronic Payments and informed them I was no longer in need of their services. I then received a threatening letter dated 2/26/2010 stating that if I do not send them a payment of $250.00 that they send my account to a corporate attorney, report me to all credit agencies, and Post a negative entry with Visa, Master Card to prevent me from being able to accept credit cards in the future. Now this is just with electronic payments. I then notified Northern Leasing and informed them that I was not doing business with electronic payments and that I wanted to send the processing machine back to them. I was then informed that I was not able to send the machine back because I was under contract. I informed the lady that I spoke with that I was told I could cancel anytime I wanted to. She told me that I wasn't told that by northern leasing and that she did not care what Mark Bocinski told me, that he did not work for Northern Leasing. I informed her that he was the one who sold me the machine and that I would have to take it up with him. This person was pretty firm that I can not send them the machine back. She said I owe them $1200.00. I never received copies of the contract from Mark Bocinski, the papers I signed were not in duplicate and he said he would give me copies when he brought my machine. 

I then asked Northern leasing for copies and they sent me bogus copies that I never personally signed. 


 The next day I went to my banker and asked them if I did my processing with them would I be able to use the machine that I have from Northern Leasing. I gave her the model of the machine (Nurit 8320). She got back to me and informed me that that particular machine was now obsolete. She informed me that I could purchase a brand new up to date processer from them for $400.00. Which I just recently did and I now do my processing through my bank.


 I feel like the biggest idiot for allowing this to happen. I lay in bed at night, and just roll this over and over in my mind. I do not not know what to do. I feel that both of these companies are scammers and that they purposly take advantage because they know you have excellant credit and they use that to suck every penny they can! I have talked to several differant people since from Northern Leasing and I even offered to send a check for $500 and the machine back. The response is now I owe $1300.00 and that do not want the machine. Please help! I do not know what to do?

Northern Leasing needs to pay

 I the same as you have had night less sleep for the past three years. Same thing happened to me... With the only difference that I sent them they're unused equipment back and they are still wanting me to pay for it since supposedly I haven't returned it (thank God I still have my postal receipt)Yet, they have ruined my credit placing me at collections at $7000. I live in Rio Rico, Az very close to Tucson I am also filing against them with BBB hopefully they pay soon it seems they've been going at it for a while though.

I would love to Ban togethor for a class action suit against these cons, I have already filed with the Arizona Attorneys office, and the BBB, but I would like to see these people pay!!

I'd like to find people to sue this company. I am taking them to court they stole 570.00+ dollars from my account. If there is anything we can do as a team we should put them out of business.

Any idea's?  They really hurt people and don't care!
