We have hired an attorney to get back our money from this horrible person. He gave a lot of our money to TelStar Capital Resources LLC (which turned out is owned by Marks brother David G. Bynum of Columbia, Maryland and partner Alan Silverstein of New Jersey. We were NEVER told he was investing it with his BROTHER??)
He even took a personal loan from us, and is refusing to repay the note. He is truly a monster, and we are living a nightmare, that just keeps on going!! We now have no money, and since we retired when we made these investments several years ago,now we are facing losing our home, and have had to sell almost everything we had of value to try to stay afloat.
This man must be stopped NOW!! Before he ruins more peoples lives with his horrible business practices!!!! He puts on a good show...drives his fancy cars, and wears his intials embroidered on his shirt cuff, but trust us it is only the surface that shines, look below the surface and you won't like what you see!!

If you have an address for David G. Bynum in La Jolla, Ca. I would very much appreciate it!! He hides..he ducks....he does BAD BUSINESS...he lies....he stole $400,000.00 dollars ...yes four hundred thousand dollars...from us, and has gone into hiding!! I would love to find him and bring him to justice!!
The last communication we had with David a couple of years ago...he PROMISED he would pay us back EVERY CENT. We explained to him we were seriously hurting financially (since he had stolen our money..at that point we had been months without income from our investments) and that we needed help...we didn't have money to but badly needed medicine..(along with no food money, house payment money...we had retired when we invested all our money....then when the Bynums stole it all....we were left in serious trouble) David G. Bynum said he was SO sorry for causing us so much anguish, and that he would see what he could do to tie us over for a bit...until he could make right on our money that he had taken. He told us he would send some money...we waited over a week and a half, and got an envelope from David G. Bynum...it looked to have been hand written by a child...we opened the envelope and found $50.00 dollar cash...this in place of $400,000.00 he had taken. He may as well slapped us in the face then to send that...that was the LAST WE HEARD FROM DAVID G. BYNUM. He promised he would pay us back...we can't even get a call back!! Bynums should be in prison....both of them David G. Bynum and his brother Robert Mark Bynum IV

WHY DIDN'T YOU GUYS CHECK HIM OUT BEFORE YOU GAVE HIM A DIME???
YOU NEED TO SUE HIM FOR FRAUD. I AM SURPRISED YOU DIDN'T GET A LAWYER ON HIM RIGHT AWAY WHEN YOU STARTED HAVING MONEY PROBLEMS.
YOU NEED TO TALK WITH A LOCAL LAWYER AND EXPLAIN WHAT HAPPENED.
YOU MIGHT WANT TO ALERT THE FEDS AS TO WHAT HE DID.

In the last several months since originally posting this report....
HAVE THESE MEN STEPPED UP AND TRIED TO DO RIGHT??
NO...THEY HAVE NOT, THEY HAVE NOT MADE EVEN THE LEAST EFFORT!!!!
We are still struggling to keep our home....our TOP RATE credit has TOTALLY gone down the tubes...we have had to sell EVERYTHING...our phone rings constantly from bill collectors....WE CAN'T REACH ROBERT MARK BYNUM...HE WON'T RETURN OUR CALLS...HE WON'T ANSWER PHONE MESSAGES...HE HAS COST US EVERYTHING...AND CONTINUES TO COST US MORE AND MORE!!!!
This man is still lying, hiding, and trying to rip us off!!
He makes NO EFFORT to right the wrongs he has done to my family, and at least one other family I know he stole a lot of money from.
He is very sneaky and deceitful...he is below contempt!!
BEWARE: Robert Mark Bynum (of Maryland Retirement Services) and his brother David G. Bynum (and his partner Alan Silverstein of TelStar Capital Resources) are very, very bad men!! WITH NO INTEGRITY....NONE!!!!
They LIE (continually), they STEAL (from everybody they can), they don't care about anybody but themselves!
THEY PUT THEMSLEVES FIRST....TIME AND TIME AGAIN!!
No, this is not the first time they have stolen money!
DON'T LET THEM GET YOU....THEY ARE BELOW CONTEMPT...
