Mark C. Bellow owes over $10,000.00 in child support for autistic disabled daughter, dishonest, doesnt contact daughter, hides, moves alot, changes jobs Edmund Washington

I am the mother of an autistic 6 year old daughter with severe delays. her father has skipped out 2 times on paying child support and is now 10,000.00 behind on child support for his daughter. he works and makes over a $100,000.00 a year, and cannot even send xmas gifts to his daughter. doesnt visit except maybe once every 2 years and that usually consists of him trying to intimidate me into working out something for lowering his child support and back child support.

he is remarried now and takes care of a new wife who has 3 children at home not to mention that they have a year old child together, but has since neglected his daughter who needs him most of all due to her disabilities. she doesnt even understand what he is doing to her but it breaks my heart that this selfish, greedy, deadbeat dad could even sleep at night knowing that he has a special needs daughter that he is embarrassed of and will not help take care of her.

I hope anyone that reads this and knows mark will let him know that you think what he is doing and has done to this child is morally wrong, that he should take responsibility and take care of his daughter and quit trying to hide everytime he is served with a order of witholding. now he is even trying to hide where he lives and works. if anyone knows where this deadbeat is, send me a follow up, because I would love for my daughter to get what she deserves from this selfish man with no heart.
