US immigration lawyers do not need to be licensed in the state they practice in per federal law.
I know two people that used him and they did not like him either.
One was quoted a price and paid him. He said the work was done and then demanded more money after the deadline was to pass the next day. This made it impossible for her to get someone else to do the work she had already paid him for.
The other person was not happy either and had a similar experience.
No thanks I shall pass on this one Mark Carmel
