Mark Friedland hates other people speaking their mind. He hates other people bringing up his factual criminal record (just Google his name). Hey Mark, take a f**king responsibility for your own f**ked up actions. He defames, he blames, he screams. Google is evil, everyone is out to get him. Hey Mark, the truth of the matter is.. you're NOBODY. When I see your name all I see is just another petty criminal. There's nothing you can do about it. You're own criminal record speaks louder than words.

In Brazil a Google executive was arrested for contempt of court by refusing to take down postings that libeled a political candidate in Brazil. Surely they know the difference between free speech and defamation. Surely they know the difference between the public's right to know and criminal activity. What if the google executives were visually depicted as "enemies of the people" with google maps indicating where they lived and asked to pay extortion money to take the pictures down. Would that be free speech? I don't think so. Do they even remotely care about the lives they are ruining by sanctioning the criminals that post mugshots and will unpublish with google for a "hefty" price. Without google polluting citizens first pages with the obscene website postings these businesses would close down overnight. Employment would increase and privacy and decency would prevail"

Joel Stempler 561-635-5096 attorney and Mark Daniel Friedland victim 337-893-4388 kjuntale@yahoo. have been busy with the class of victims in exposing the anonymous extorters that are behind mugshots. The class action filing has been delayed by Sandy (Joel) and Mark (wife's coronary problem). The delay has resulted in the increase of named plaintiffs who will be involved in the federal suit. Scott in Ohio has already filed a class action for Ohio residents and is considering expanding the class to Pennsylvania. Other lawyers are being recruited to defray costs and to increase talent pool of attorneys who are getting it that this Mugshots is both illegal and criminal. Those brave lawyers and clients are principled individuals not "losers or haters of the first amendment." Charging for removal or unpublishing is both illegal and criminal. Barbara Peterson of the Foundation for First Amendment was quoted out of context by Mugshots and will be meeting with attorneys who want to take down these offensive websites. Demand letters from victims will be sent out en masse shortly. Joel has traveled to Louisiana and will be in Florida for the public filing and will lead the media blitz. In the interim, Mark will be working with other victims to produce, publish and disseminate to fellow class members SEO techniques to push Mugshot postings off first and early pages of Google. Google resists any reform due to greed and their Ad Sense program claiming they give the postings priority because it is profitable despite their published policy of "doing no evil." Google and Mugshots are engaged in a campaign to discredit Joel and Mark. We will not be deterred. More and more victims and attorneys are jumping aboard. Hopefully a day will come when Mugshots for profit will be taken down. Boycott advertisers who use those heinous websites. I find it ironic that the owner of Fort Myers mugshots poses as a civil rights supporter and advocate of the first amendment and free speech. I know who he is, he appears in the rip off reports and Scammer as a crook and scam artist.. He will be revealed in the class action lawsuit against Google and mugshots coming up by the end of the month.
First of all I, Mark Daniel Friedland has dedicated my life to promoting the first amendment. I was recently honored twice by MOML (Making of Modern Law) which "contains records and briefs brought before the court by leading legal practitiones- many who later became judges and associates of the court. It includes ... official papers of the most-studied and talked-about cases including many that resulted in landmark decisions." I consider this litigation against the mugshot progeny and google to be landmark litigation in support of free speech. Defamation and extortion is not free speech you coward. If I am a defamer, sue me. I will gladly give you my address. You can contact me through my attorney Joel Stempler at 561-635-5096. What do you know about my arrest record.? It was one incident, not three.. A harmless call to a desperate woman who received a call from me about needing to appear in court.
