Mark Derbyshire TCI (The Children's Investment Fund) A fraudster who does everything illegally as the lawyer for TCI Internet

TCI is an a fraudulent investment fund in London, owned by Chris Hohn. He had set it up in a cunning way where the profits he makes millions and millions, are said to be ''given'' to his WIFE's charity at www.ciff.org  just to avoid paying UK TAX. This chairty has not funded any projects for years....Mark Derbyshire is the in house lawyer partner and has carried out UNETHICAL work for TCI by constructing law breaking deals and investigating into companies they invest in by bribing his sources. He has no regard for rules and breaks them at his will with sneaky methods, all under Chris's approval. Each time TCI complains about companies they invest in, yet they go about this without being checked by others...Mark accepts money for their funds from money launderers, he carries out no checks on their investors and TCI has failed to pay the correct tax avoiding millions of pounds of payouts. Mark also has hired private investigators to follow major company directors and even has tapped into their mobile phones for secret information. When the FSA did checks on this fund, they permanently deleted damaging infomation and even created false documents....
