He refuses to return phone calls or emails and uses a rented mailbox drop for his addresses in Brooklyn and Manhattan and cannot be served personally. This is his m.o. and he knows the system well and is adept at gaming it.
There is a pile of complaints with the Grievance Committee regarding Crutchfield and the D.A.'s office will not take action until more people who have been victimized by this fraudster attorney---who is now suspended by the bar in NY---step forward and add their name and complaints to the growing list.
