Mark Farrell doesn't deserve any respect. His decisions are based on emotion (probably from hang-overs after guzzling booze at Loughran's Bar), and not on intellect. To be blunt he makes decisions as if he is a drunk. He hurts people intentionally because, many think, he failed as a father. He is irrational, belligerent, and pompous. He carries grudges, and manipulates cops, woman, and others into making unjust choices. Why did he become this way? Did a family member have a drug problem??? Was he a failure as a parent?? Is he a wife beater? Is he jealous because others were successful as lawyers, and he wasn't? Or simply, he is a grumpy old alcoholic bastard that couldn't make it as a Supreme Court Justice?
One thing is for sure, he takes others for the ride. Isn't Loughran, the owner of the bar, a big cheese in Farrell's self-appointed drug court? What a hypocrite, after sentencing people to Horizons, and jail, then belting down drinks at his buddies bar. Amherst cops know he drives drunk, but ignre it. Does he have to kill someone, in a drunken stupor, to be stopped? The State Police should watch this guy and pull a sting.

Then he was to resign as a lawyer to become a full-time judge. Word is - he closed his Amherst office, and practices in Rochester. Doing what-helping reinstate doctors and lawyers that lost their license due to alcohol,and drugs. Is it true? He puts people in jail, then if they pay enough money to the "JUDGE" he ignore the facts. 

Also, what's this crap of the behind the door deal for medical insurance of almost $!,000.00 a month for him and his bitch?? Why isn't that being investigated?? Gee-not in the Amherst Bee-maybe because Farrell advertised in their paper. He should have been disbarred with the incident with Piegion-but no he skated.He should just stick to bird watching.
