I loned lance perry $250,000.00 in June 2005 and did not recieve any money at all from this con artist dispite perry making many promises to pay the interst and the lone.  In late 2007 I filed a law suit in Las Vegas NV.  case # A548181, on June 28 2010 the trail was heard by 8 jurys the coward perry never showed I knew he wound not show up.  I was grilled by perry's lawyer for 2 days.    The jury deliberated for less the 30 minutes and came back with an 8-0 verdict perry owes me $350,000.00.  perry many times told me moraly he owned me the money but I got nothing he also said many times legally he owed nothing now moraly ( this is hard to even say when talking about con man lance perry) and legally perry owes me $350,000.00.

I have personally been ripped off my Mr. Mark Manuel, he is NOT a 'church loving good person', he and his on again/off again friend Lance Perry (Netsalon) are both 'total scum'. I have boatloads of 'proof' that you say isnt out there, if you want challenge my a*s in court and in my 'first amendment opinion' you and him would get creamed (just my opinion). I can put my money where my mouth is, they are not good people, only hiding behind 'fronts' to make them look good. But, your comments about proof are totally wrong. I have plenty..........

After months of working with a company Mark is helping to lead, I've found him to be a man of as much integrity as any I've worked with. It's also evident he's imperfect, as are the rest of us. My comment on the imperfection is, 'That's where we all live.'

Our business dealings have included conversations which contain disclosure about ANY choices we make in business being OUR OWN. It has been my experience that we both agree if things go well or go terribly, my investments of time and money are my decisions and are my risk, not Mark's.

That principle should already be understood by one making a business decision. If not, I can't see how it would roll back to Mark or any other person as it being 'their fault' someone failed in business. The exception would be where fraud was perpetrated. It seems the ripoff reporter may have made a bad business move and possibly Mark did also. That's called life, not necessarily a ripoff.

I have read this scathing report. It is filled with deceptive, misleading, and disparraging information.

Could any of the individuals providing this unsubstantiated information please just insert one fact.

Your report is obviously designed to malign an individual without one fact.

If Mark Manuel is all the things you say he is, and he has done all of the evil things you say he has done...Then Dave Sunde...Be a Man and insert it in your report. Surely you and Jaudon have reems of facts to collaberate your false accusations.

Cmon...just one little fact. Did you write Mark Manuel a check? Did Mark Manuel Steal your dog? Did Mark Manuel steal your money? Did Mark Manuel do anything to you? Surely you could produce one little piece of factual evidence to support your scathing claims?

I know Mark Manuel...He is a Giver and Mentor to many successful people. I was involved with HOPE, NetSalon, and many more of Mark Manuel's endeavors. You on the other hand have your on bag of skeletons. It's just a matter of time until your pictures, as well as Jaudon's pictures show up all over the web with the many people you have hurt, decieved, and injured...it will be interesting to see how you react to that.

Imagine...everytime someone enters Dave Sunde or Jauden Estelle Sunde on any search engine...There is your ripoff report with all of the pictures and people you have injured, hurt, and decieved.

I begged Mark to legally go after you, but he says you guys are just bitter, confused, and poisoned people full of hate. He actually prays for you and hopes you can get professional help.

I on the other hand, am not built that way. I look forward to sharing with the world your wake up to make up stories and the lies that go with it.

Obviously you have no idea how successful Mark Manuel has become. Your ripoff report has actually fueled Mark's intensity to succeed.

Oh, I almost forgot...Have you actually got a job? Or, are you still living off of Jaudon?

Since the time of my rebuttal report new information has come to light. At the time that Mr. Manuel was a member of the NetSalon Management team and during my departure several questionable business practices had taken place. When given the opportunity to return the entire responsability for these practices was laid at the feet of Mr. Manuel. Through the growth and expansion of Netsalon over the last 2 years from a publicly traded entity to a now burdgeoning private company extensive due dilligence has been done. In the course of meticulous investigation we have determined that the individual making the desparaging and false claims regarding Mr. Manuels business practice was "in fact" covering his own questionable methods and insuring that he remained in the employ of the company.

Since that has been discovered I have had occassion to spend a great deal of time with Mark and am proud to say that he is a trusted freind and subject matter expert in the field of Direct Sales, I regret my previous remarks that were made based upon dis-information and deception on the part of the individual that reported it to me. Further investigation reveals that the author of this original report "Dave" from Ohio has never directly or indirectly done business with NetSalon, Mark Manuel or any other party we are aware of listed in this report. It appears that Dave was engaged in some form of extortion scheme.

I founded NetSalon and built a fine company that was ahead of it's time from a technology perspective. It was my misfortune to have a series of unpleasant experiences with Mark when he convinced us to go MLM and lead that charge. Long story short, I left the company due to differences in ethics and business practices with Mr. Manuel. Two years later I was asked by my co-founder to come back to my company and clean up the mess Mark had made, I did on the specific condition that Mark would not be involved in any way and that he leave the company. In the last two years we have provided quality service for many fine MLM's and we love and protect our industry. We ask that you do not connect our name to his as we do share your views and not his business practices. We have many references and we are proud of our reputation.
