Just had a unhappy experience with Mark. I in good faith bought a product from him called the ad-sense cash machine. I tried to use his software to pull articles to make ad-sense websites,only to find out that one of the two sources on the software doesn't work.

I contacted Mark and asked him to please fix the problem or issue me a refund

He tells me that hasn't worked for years and since he didn't mention the source in his sales letter,too bad for me. He also said he doesn't stand behind his work with a money back guarantee.BUYER BEWARE!!!!

The individual who filed this report was denied a demand for refund, after buying a digitally delivered software product that works EXACTLY as described on the sales page.. where the no-refund policy was clearly posted above the order button on the sales page.

Below is the exchange that took place this evening on my helpdesk.. copied and pasted here, directly from my helpdesk. (the names of the actual article directories have been replaced by articledirectory-1 & articledirectory-2 to maintain their anonimity from this issue)

Anyone can gloss over facts and twist the truth to suit their own unscrupulous agenda.. you decide who the unscrupulous party is.

It has not pulled articles from articledirectory-1 for years..

.. articledirectory-1 altered their website to block software like this from scraping articles from their site in bulk.. there is no fix for this.

It still works to pull articles from articledirectory-2.

There was no mention on the salespage, or promise made of which article directories the software works with to justify a "demand" for a refund..

.. additionally, the salespage cleary reads, in the big yellow box above the order button, that there is NOT a money back guarantee.

Like I said before.. and you well know.. it doesn't just half work.. it works EXACTLY as described on the sales page..

.. there is nothing I can do about the fact that articledirectory-1 changed their site to block article scrapers.

You can still use it, with articledirectory-2.. as described on the salespage..

.. that big yellow box also reads that I don't need your money, so don't buy if you don't want it..

.. I've been selling digitally delivered products online for years and,.. too many people use money back guarantees to download everything, and demand a refund, just to get the products for free.

.. digitally delivered products, by their nature, cannot be returned.. so I have a no-refund policy.. and I make that clearly obvious on the sales page, for everyone to see, before they buy.

I regularly update the software when the article categories change and/or, when new article categories are added.

Until you opened the software, you had no idea where the articles came from.. using the articledirectory-1 block as an excuse to demand a refund smacks of "serial refunder".. as it is a moot point and there's not a court in the world that would find me in the wrong.

Had I removed the articledirectory-1 item from the software, before you bought, we wouldn't even be having this conversation.

You can tell everyone on the planet for all I care.. the actual facts will only show that YOU are in the wrong, if you do.

I see why your stuff is available for free.So for now on I will just steal it,like everyone else.

I've reported you to all the scam sites and to all the internet marketing forums .They made me aware of all the free downloads of your products,even the one I honestly bought.

Thanks for opening my eyes to free stuff from you.

Since you think people are all thieves and that's how you treat customers I will post these letters online,so people know how you think of people who take a chance on you.

And if you weren't lazy you would have removed it before I kept trying it, thinking it was something on my end,wasting my time.

That how much respect you have for your buyers,you keep something on it that doesn't work and as you put it for years,wasting your customers time and building up their hopes.

"Everyone" does not "steal".. only thieves do.

Post all you want.. the rantings of serial refunders and digital product thieves only serve to further justify my no-refund policy.

I left it in there because I had been working on trying to get it working again.

I did not develop the product originally, I am a reseller. So in order to change it, I will have to completely rebuild it from scratch.. at my own expense and until I can get the other directory working again, there is no reason to change it.

Out of the hundreds of people who have bought this product YOU are the only one to kick up a fuss about this issue.
