In September 2002, I bought a bedroom set, and a dining room set totalling over $10,000. Not only they failed to deliver on the agreed upon date, they delivered the wrong bed, and most of the items delivered were damaged. We're still stucked with a damage "China" and bed.

As a result, We initiated a Civil action against them. The matter is before the Circuit Court of Maryland for Prince George County.

I wonder if they could not be charged with Fraud, or tried under the RICO Status, since they promised to deliver what they don't have.
