Marlo Furniture Furniture Not Delivered in over a month, Internet

I ordered $4000 worth of furniture from Marlo's Furniture Store Oct 19, 2010...it is now Nov 27, 2010 and I have not received a mirror for my dresser. I was told that it was going to be delivered Oct 25, 2010 because it was out off stalk. Than I called them and they told me Nov 2, 2010. I called again they told me Nov 17, 2010. I talk to their customer service and the salesman that sold me the furniture and I still don't have my furniture. They will not let me talk to the manager of the store. Everytime I call they say it isn't in stalk and it's on it's way from the warehouse which is like an hour away from here.
