Marobo Motors Dirty and incompetent St. Petersburg, Florida

Scooter in for repair and it was completed quickly. A mile and a half away and the same failure occurs. Marobo tells us to get a tow truck. There is no offer to pay for the tow truck. In fact they insist we pay for it. I insist they go pick it up. They accuse me of lying. How do they know it isn't sitting in my garage working fine? "Go pick it up off the side of the road and you'll see your repair lasted 10 minutes."

Techs are all biker rednecks, insisting that if the part they installed failed, it is the manufacturer's problem. They would say anything to do nothing. Left us stranded.

Dirty shop. Dirty techs. Lots of beer cans in the trash can. White trash area.

Took scooter to another shop. Marobo techs missed four major problems, two of them being the cause of the initial and second failure.

Took most of a work day to address their ineptitude and apathy, plus the cost of their failed repair.
