Marshall Carriage Co. & Ghost Tours Operating a carriage ride business with emanciated, unfed, horses Marshall Michigan

My husband booked this carriage ride for my birthday. It was a surprise from him, and as soon as we turned the corner, to my dismay, this was the most emanciated horse I've ever seen in real life. I grew up on a horse farm.

I have been around horses all my life and was disgusted enough to be rude to the (teenage) driver who convinced me that, "oh,..we have other horses, a mare ..UGH!" After I exclaimed, "I can't believe your running a business with this horse!"

Every bone in this horses body was sticking out. His jaw, his pelvis, ribcage, his vertebrea, which are all true signs of neglect. I've reported this business (w/photographs) and found other complaints reported about them and intend to  investigate furthur.
