The GA Board is located in Macon, GA and all you have to do is to Google Private Detective Licensing and go to the license verification section. Enter the last name of Martinelli and you can go to all of her information and view the orders filed against her.
She probably is getting all of these calls as she heavily advertises using Yodle marketing services. They have created this illusion which is easy for the layperson to fall into. When you are desperate and searching for answers you often will do the wrong thing.
I avoided losing my money by taking these simple steps. I also noticed how arrogant this woman was and the declarations she made on my case without looking at anything. Investigators also are not involved in shopping for attorneys, as that is not a function of a private investigator, unless a financial link exist for the benefit of both parties.

Secondly it is not uncommon for my clients not to have an attorney and ask for a recommendation. I often give them names of several attorneys with whom I have worked well with in the past and then they go interview them and choose someone they are comfortable with.
Lastly I find it interesting that someone can go to this site, and make false allegations, and not have the backbone to include their name or any details to support their charges. I have not dealt with a person, as a potential client, named Tom B. I have had a individual PI License since 1999 and a company license since 2003 so the State of Georgia thinks Im qualified. Also my address is listed wrong it should be 33 South Clayton St, Suite 204, Lawrenceville.
