This is man is $53,000+ in arrears for child support payments for two children (16 and 15 now) which he hasn't seen in years. Yet, he is racing cars at The BullRing in Las Vegas, NV (how does he pay those entry fees - what about his winnings - not to mention the money it takes to upkeep the 2 cars he has). He has an old website mobile-home-mafia.com.
Mr. Reeders name is published numerous times on sites such as nascar.com and Las Vegas Motor Speedways site. If you don't believe me google his name yourself or see this article dated June, 2006 ((ROR REDACTED LINK FOR SECURITY PURPOSES)))
By the way - for the month of June 2006 he made $0 in current child support payments even though his support is court ordered to be paid by wage garnishment. Why wouldn't his employer (he is a concrete pumper) make sure they were paying the court ordered child support if it was going to affect their own truck drivers drivers' license?
Somehow Mr. Reeder was able to secure financing to purchase a $242,000 home from FIRST MAGNUS FINANCIAL CORPORATION in November 2005 even though the law says his name must be reported to the 3 major credit bureaus due to his acute arrears. How?
Mr. Reeder also has a patent for a "gas powered blender" US Patent number 5,938,329. All the while he didn't make his first child support payment until Clark County Nevada cornered him and got a $53,000+ judgment against him.
Currently he is 2 weeks behind on support and he has yet to comply with the order to send me health insurance information and his daughter just had emergency surgery which will cost 1000's of dollars. Don't get me wrong we have health insurance but the unreimbursed medical expenses will be astounding.
I have been patient for many many years and can not afford to be patient anymore. I have called numerous attorneys in Las Vegas and always there is a $50 - $150 consultation fee. I can't pay my utility bills much less a consultation fee. To top it all off I was laid off today and my husband already works 2 jobs.
SOOOO please avoid doing business with Full On Fabrication (unlicensed by the way), Marvin M. Reeder, or any companies that precipitate him not paying his child support. If you know of any "heavy hitting" attorneys in Las Vegas let me know! Next step is to call the media.

I appreciate the positive comments regarding this posting. I have sat quietly for many years. Rip off report never checked any facts or excepted any responsibility for the lies that they broadcast. It is only the lack of enforceable laws that keep this site going. If I know the name and location of you,your business or loved ones, I can write anything about it I want. There would be no ramifications to me and no way for you to get it taken down. The real ripoff is this site. It has only hurt me and my family because one illiterate WITCH named Jenifer Denise Hutchison "AKA" Jenifer D. Reeder "AKA Jennifer D Coriaty "AKA Jen Schoonover AKA" Mrs.Schoonie@facebook.com could simply peck into a keyboard. I except 50% of the responsibility for what went wrong. We were married just long enough to have 1 abortion, and two children. Jennifer lies for entertainment. I couldn't believe her if she told me what time it was. She also gained a pound for everyday we were married. Ironically she left me. I was working in the armpit of California (Taft) for minimum wage. She got homesick and wanted to visit her family. She and the two babies went to Florida where she meet a Navy enlisted man named David Coriaty. She filed for divorced and they were married the day the divorce was final. She had two more children, David called me with threats most of the time, the last time he called was to apologize and tell me that she left him and was in upstate NY destitute! The first thing I did was send money, the second thing I did was go reunite with my Children and introduce them to my Wife now of 16 years. Since that time Jennifer has only spread lies and despair to all those who come in contact with her, she used the Children ALL 4 OF THEM, as weapons moving from state to state committing welfare fraud and manipulating the child support system. She should have been arrested for child abuse through neglect. The boy was in prison by 15 years old and the girl pregnant at 14 years old. They have their mother to thank for that. I have not and will never have a Loving relation with my children because of Jennifer!! A personal tragedy I will never overcome. Thanks you for letting me express my feelings. Marvin.

I understood what she was saying.He had recently made a payment which put him back in compliance but he made no further payments after that.Why is a parent considered *vindictive* for being angry that the other parent isn't doing their share?Why should one parent have to take on all responsibility when it took two to make those kids?How can anyone just walk away and never look back?It's sickening that deadbeats view their children as yesterday's trash and yes,they should be punished accordingly because children deserve better than that.

This letter seems to have contradictions in it, that to me, unveils the vindictive nature of this post.
On one hand she says he is behind thousands of dollars and on the other says he is only 2 weeks behind.
She discredits his name and urges no-one to do busines or hire this man, but wants him to pay child support. If he can't make money, he can't pay child support. Seems the character assasination is more important than the money.
Being a home town racer in Mo. which is what attacted me to this post.
Going by the links she supplied in her posts, I can see that he is in a low budget race class with little or no winnings.
I have an EX that would rather be right than be fair, we've had our custody & support battles, but she has never stuped this low.

An update for interested readers. Mr. Marvin Reeder has still not paid current support. Last payment was 10/10/2006. Numerous Las Vegas attorneys have been contacted to receive "free initial consultations" only to be told it is only free if you walk into the office. Otherwise it is 50.00 - 150.00 for a consultation.
This seems ridiculous since I am several 1000 miles away from Las Vegas. No response has been received from Clark County District Attorney Family Support Division - Tamara Day. I have called approximately 1 time per day since October 17, 2006.
Since my daughters surgery we went to the food bank and tried desperately to borrow money but to no avail.
PLEASE SOMEONE HAS GOT TO HELP US. THERE HAS GOT TO BE SOMEONE OUT THERE WHO HAS SOME CONNECTIONS WHO HAS READ THIS POST.
