correction to the first rebuttel, kenneth maguires phone number is 502-296-8799, it was incorrectly put in the heading on the first rebuttle, thanks jacky jones,my client is mary franklin. important note: sellers on craigslist watch out for kenneth maguire he preys upon women and is under investigation. he will email women only about their craigslist ads, and cheat them, by harrassing them and threatening them sellers,beware of kenneth maguire louisville ky email address kmag1226@hotmail.com he will contact you and offer money right off, and won't tell you were he lives,  if you check google you will find he runs a vintage window restoration, note; this company is frudulant also, he is not orignally from the louisville area, check his facebook page if he contacts you about your items for sale, he will put a few photos of like items on there like he did my client photos of vintage ww 1 and 11 rifle and miliatary, then after he trys his prey he takes it down, but his photo i repeat his photo is on facebook right now a older lady is sitting beside him ,  note she was not in the photo at the time he contacted my client, this is a clear coat sign of a con going after his prey for free items on craigslist, he wants free very expensive items for nothing, and when you don't call his bluff he goes on here he has tons of complaints he has put out on people in hopes he can still go after them,  and in turn i have found many many complaints along with my clinets and like hers. he goes as far as IP addresses,  he is a bad guy watch out,  he soon will be caught.

i am representing mary franklin,my name is jacky jones,please refer to internet fraud  # 973738,againest kenneth maquire louisville ky, this person kenneth maguire i have summitted in requirds to miss franklin representing her a complaint and full rebuttal has been applyed. kenneth maguire aka ken is a internet predator,on craigslist, he preys upon innocent women, makes sure they are home alone before coming to purchase an item they find on craigs list and he is known on ebay also, he states he lives in downtown louisville, check under maguire old window restorations on google, comsumers there beware also, he is a scammer, he buys expensive items from women only on craigs lists, he offers money before coming to view, miss franklins item didn't even have a photo, she was preyed upon and after he purhased came back and tryed to break into her home, merely because she was to afraid to answer the door, only after he went to her back and front doors and tryed to get in and then went to her bedroom window, he placed this false ad because the police caught him, the police told mis franklin he wanted to keep the vintage ww1 practice rifle, the he wanted all the money back ecept $50.00, which the total was $225.00 he was going to scare miss franklin ino getting a expensive vintage piece for $50.00, now this is what he told police, the police advised he most likley was lieing, and to never let a buyer from craigs list into your home, unless your husband is home, my clinet repsponds with he has hurt her to where she is afraid to come out of her home, a few of her neighbors she said saw what he did, have seen him driving past her home, she has had cameras installed, to a high cost, if he is caught  coming back he will be prochcuted to the fullest extent of the law, and besides my help with going after mr, ken maguire at this time, i cann't talk to him,but will glady repond to his attorney,sincerly jacky jones,attorney for mary franklin,louisville,ky

i am representing mary franklin kenneth maguire aka ken on facebook and is known to own or say he redoes old windows, he preys upon women alone at home selling on craigslist, this was her first time and last, my clinet is very upset, he emailed her and offered 225.00 before viewing the vintage practice rifle which actually was worth far more, later 2 hours later my clinet was in the shower and he mr ken maquire aparently came back after loving his purchase, he then knew she was home alone her husband had already left for work he then was at her back door trying to get in by the time her dog started barking, at no time did she hear any phone she was in the shower,

also he never costaced her only onlthreathentening email after she called police in him trying to breack into her home, she staed my clinet that is said thet would be the first and the last item ever to sell on criags list, the police told my clinet they have seen this scam before, it's called buy one get one free, the buy contacts the women then finds them alone and buys comes back and scares them to death, my clinet was smart she summed police which escorted him away from the front of her home, she was very upset over this, and my clinet states and is true she did never give any false names, mr maguire she did check out on facebook before he came he posts picutres of ww 1 and 2 items and now they are taken down, he is clearly riping women off all over the louisville indina area.
