Dress was not the color I ordered, it had the wrong jacket, gathers sagged so badly the seams of the lining were exposed under the bust, the lace applique' fell three inches short of the ends meeting, extreme puckering along the side seams, gathers were not pulled taut but heavily sagged all down the bodice. I took photos of the dress and sent them along with a request for a refund ($185.38) and a return shipping label due to the condition of the dress and it being unwearable. This is the response I received in return.

 i am so sorry for that issue, can you make some little changes or alterantion in a local shop, you know the seamstress are too  busy and under pressure to make too many dresses in a short time, they cant make every details perfect, as compensation, we will give you a partial refund which is 15% of the dress charge, hope you can understand!
