I want to warn all people about a letter I received today from Mason Grace Enterprises, Manhattan, NY but postmarked from Coastal Carolina Area NC.

A work at home opportunity flyer claiming you have the opportunity to make up to $25000 or more weekly stapling their booklets "Get Credit Now".

Of course that's after you pay them $99 of your hard earned money to be allowed this Franchisee, extreme money making easy job.

All you have to do is; pay $99 money order, cash or check or to double your income potential send an additional $99. Then you will sort and staple booklets as they are required and per their instructions and get paid an average of $20 per booklet. After comleting the required booklets, you'll then follow the instructions in their manual and mail the booklets to their destinations. Payment for all completed booklets is sent to you before your required to ship them.

To make sure your a serious home worker they require the $99 refundable free. This fee will be returned to you after you've mailed off your first one hundred booklets.

This has to be one of the most rediculously bad in so many areas ways to loose your money and make money for them.

Seriously, you can go to Staples or similar place to staple a large booklet for a buck or so. Where are you suppose to mail these booklets to ? Europe and at what cost. How many pages are the booklets, do they provide the envelopes, you'll need a special book stapler, when will you receive their orders and when will you get 100 orders, how will they pay you (oh, yeah, after they ask for your checking account info so they can credit you or take all your money, just guessing).

Please, don't fall for this horrible so called business opportunity, where you have to pay someone to potentially get paid. And that has so many specifics unclear and unstated.

Take your $99 dollars and buy a stock that pays dividends. Buy coupons to purchase things you regularly use when they are on sale to make money and save.

Pay yourself first!!!

Booklet kit is a scam

AUTHOR: rufus - ()

I just got the booklet program, yes i actually ordered it by credit card and it is not at all what they say on their flyer and website. You do not get any other phone number to contact them, only that recorded message which is useless. What you get in the kit is 4 sample booklets of different subjects,10 envelopes,10 name/address stickers,10 order forms for you to send to these 10 addresses and if they order them, then you either have to print them up yourself and assemble them to ship them to the customer or you can buy them already assembled from mge and of course to get more names/addresses you can buy them too from mge. Oh and in the kit you also get a nice letter telling you that you cannot return the kit unless of course you at least try the program of which does not resemble the original offer whatsoever! So i was actually able to email them and ask for a refund because it wasn't what their flyer and website describe and i got a condecending response from yes Richard, and he wasn't very nice. The more you try to explain to him about what is wrong with the program the more he insults you just like in these posts to anyone else who tris to expose the fraud it is!  So be warned.

Again, there is no valid complaint here

AUTHOR: Richard - ()

You're comments are perfect examples of the nonsense a company like ours has to deal with on a regular basis. Not one of you is sharing a valid negative comment. Just going on and on about nothing but what is basically your failure to READ what we clearly provide. Every single detail of our programs is in fact provided for you to consider BEFORE purchasing our product.
We invite anyone to show us where we do not reveal exactly how our programs work. You will not be able to. The issue is not with our sales letters or program materials. The issue is with consumers who are too irresponsible to read the info provided, which is their obligation.

Our obligation is simply to provide all pertinent info. Your obligation is to read it before participating

Report, report, report

AUTHOR: Mud on My Face - ()

I did report this company to the FTC, IC3, BBB, and the Office of the Attorney General Eric T. Schneiderman after my run-in with this Richard person. I purchased what I thought was a legitimate job offer and found that I was being asked to perpetuate a scam. I feel like the stupidist person on earth for falling for it.

If you've fallen for it, I'll warn you now that if this Richard person is ever brought before the courts, if you have helped him to perpetuate his scam, you can also be called as a co-defendent and be criminally liable.

Be careful...

In response to the comments by Richard @ Mason Grace and to add more...

I made a typo when I originally reported on 8/7/2014. Their sales opportunity letter to work at home, to organize, staple and mail brochures states make up to $2,500 dollars per week not $25,000 per week.

Mason Grace states they are a vendor of income opportunites not guaranteed income.
This is a complaint warning others of an unclear business opportunity that I posted on a website called "RipOff Report" that allows freedom of speech.

Lets put this to rest...

Mason Grace states in their letter and website that you are a Franchisee.  A FDD form, Franchisee Disclosure Form must be made available before a sale and before any money is paid. Therefore, the FDD form should accompany their sales letter and be on their website before any funds are made to them (full disclosure).

Post your FDD form for all to see.

Or this is not a Franchisee opportunity, therefore, deceiving consumers, etc.

Genius

My morning chuckle!

Well well well.. it did not take long for the peanut gallery to arrive! Way to go rep'ing your company, Mr. Richard. Anyone can tell what a fine and professional organization Mason Grace is by the jerk-off responses you consistently come up with.

#6 UPDATE Employee

Where is the complaint here?

AUTHOR: Richard - ()

This is another great example of the garbage on the internet that should never get posted. Where exactly is the complaint here? This genius is not a customer, has never seen our product and is merely repeating the words written in our sales letter. Then you get another genius like the person who replied with more worthless comments. So what is the complaint?

Also, nowhere do we say you can make $25,000 a week.

Everything else is CORRECT.

Websites like this have to stop allowing worthless garbage to be posted.

Report them!

AUTHOR: Giselle - ()

If you have been naive enough, foolish enough or desperate enough to fall for this, please file complaints with the Consumer Protection Division of your state's Attorney General's Office as well as in the state where they are located. The Attorney General's office will INVESTIGATE, FINE, SHUT DOWN and TAKE TO COURT any individual and / or business, when they get enough complaints. Also, utilize all online consumer sites, there are many, report to the BBB, the FTC and to your local Postmaster as well as the Postmaster in their area.
