Fanelli and Associates 3. Greenw This company uses alot of names. They are a pay day loan company that will rip you off. Do not do any business with them. If you give them any kind of bank account info close that account with your Internet

The company name is Mass Street Group Pay Day Loan(s).  They also go by the name CWB Services,L.L.C.  They will rip you off.  If you give them any bank account info close that account with your bank.  They will keep taking money out of your account.  They also go by these names or these company(s) are attorneys representing Mass Street Group Pay Day Loan(s) and CWB Servies,L.L.C.  1.All State Law Group of California, 2.Fanelli and Associates, 3.Greenwood Holding Group L.L.C 4.Northway AFFG.  This all started about a year ago.  We (husband and wife) went online to look for a pay day loan.  We were in a bind and needed extra cash.  We tried to get a loan with a bank or credit union but because our  credit is not perfect they would not help us.  We found Mass Street Group online.  They I guess did an employment check to make sure one of us was working full time and loaned us 300.00 cash.  Mass Street Group said that they would have the 300.00 deposited into our bank account within twenty four hours.  Well, that was a lie.  This was done on a Friday so Saturday twenty four hours laters the money was not in our bank account.  Of course Mass Street Group is not open on weekends so the money went into our bank account on Monday.  Good luck finding a telephone number to call them at.  Here are the telephone numbers we got from the internet: 877 781-4330   707 238-8518  888 439-9401  fax800 708-4351. 

After the 300.00 was deposited into our bank account on a Monday that is when the problems started.  They ask you how often you get paid.  In our household the one person who is working full time (the other spouse is a stay at home parent) they get a pay check every two weeks.  Then every two weeks on pay day they would take out 100.00 for fees and interest.  Well this has gone on for a few months.  100.00 every two weeks for a few months is way over the 300.00 we owe them.  So then we got smart and did a stop payment on this company.  Well that did not stop them from taking money from us.  They called our home telephone number and they recorded us on tape with a threat that if we did not start paying their collection agency (We assume one of these companies listed here is their collection agency) they were going to take us to court.  So on tape they have us agree ing to a payment plan of 600.00.  The first month they took out 200.00. The second month they took out 100.00. Now it is the third month and we were smart and gave them a debit card number that has an expiration date that is October 2012.  Well because of that the payment will not go through. 

 I did research online and found out this company is no longer in business because they rip people off.  What I worry about is that they have us on a tape recorder agree ing to a payment plan.  We are not sure what to do at this point.  Our advice to others is DO NOT GET ANY TYPE OF PAY DAY LOAN(S). THESE COMPANIES WILL RIP YOU OFF.
