I HAD MESSAGES LEFT OVER ON MY MEMBERSHIP BUT BECAUSE MY MEMBERSHIP EXPIRED THEY SAID I CAN NO LONGER USE THE REMAINING MASSAGES THAT I PAID FOR. BEWARE THIS IS HOW MASSAGE ENVY MAKES THERE MONEY, ALSO I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY THE MASSAGES ARE TERRIBLE. THEY ARE THE BIGGEST SCAMMERS OUT THERE. THEY TOOK MY MONEY A RAN. STAY AWAY. STICK TO THE PROFESSIONALS NOT SOMEONE THATS TRYING TO MAKE A BUCK.
