In February of 2012 I called the Massage Envy Midtown Spa, Atlanta, GA asking that I cancel my services. They informed me since I was calling after the 15th (which is when my monthly payments came out) that I would still be charged one finally charge in March. It seemed fair and I agreed to have one finally charge of 59.00 come out in March. April of 2012 I recieved another charge, contacted them, and informed them that it had to be a mistake, the girl at the front desk then informed me that the previous operator made a mistake and actually i was supposed to get charged 2 more charges per their policy. She apologized for the inconveince and had the manager reach out to me and state the same thing. I was charged another 59.00 in May, they promised it was the LAST ONE and that I had been getting misinformed each time I called, but this time they could assure me that I was not going to get charged anymore. I did NOT recieve a payment in June, but today July 16, 2012 I looked into my bank account, and we have yet another charge of 59.00. I have currently been scammed out of $177.00 as the payments should have stopped after March (I'm giving them March despite me cancelling well before my payment due day OVER 30 days notice was given). I thought that things were just getting mixed up, but now after putting all of the pieces together its been a big scam and I have requested my refund. This should not be allowed for customers to have a company continue to STEAL their money out of their account despite cancelling their service over 5 times.
