All this company cares about is getting money from you.  Do not sign a contract with them.  I currently have a handful of pre-paid massages which are charged on my debit card once a month, no big deal right?

The problem is that in order to use the service that was paid for, I must keep paying them.  I can not freeze my account, cancel my account or anything else for that matter and still use the 12 massages I already paid for.  If I choose not to continue or re-activate my account and pay more, I lose all of my pre-pays.

You tell me, does that sound even remotely fair???

"I signed the contract in good faith.  Sounds fair????  Does it sound fair to charge someone money and then make it extremely difficult for that person to use the service that they paid for? Sounds like you work for them???"

Did you bother even READING the contract before you signed it? Did you understand the terms of the contract? Do you often sign contracts without understanding the terms of the contract?

No, it doesn't sound fair to charge someone and make it difficult to use a service. How are they making it difficult for you? What are the terms of the contract you signed?

No, I do not work for this company. I don't know anything about this company.

Why did you sign the contract?

AUTHOR: Ashley - (U.S.A.)

If you didn't like the terms of the contract, why did you sign it in the first place? It sounds fair to me. Why would you keep banking prepaid massages and not use them? That seems kinda weird in the first place.
