I am so sorry this customer had a bad experience at my clinic. I'm also sorry that she was not able to use her pre-paid massages during her 12 month membership with us, because regular massage reduces stress and has so many other wonderful health benefits, which is why her husband bought her the membership.
One of the most difficult things I must do as the owner of a nationwide franchise is enforce the rules that apply to the 800,000 Massage Envy members across the country. At my clinic we do our best to explain our agreements and to explain all of the options our members have when they need to cancel their memberships with us. We always offer 30 days from the date of the cancellation to use pre-paid massages.
Offering great customer service is very important to us and we will do our best to make sure no one else has a bad experience with us in the future.
