Uh Oh- you may want to think twice before investing your hard earned money and time at the Southlake location. I've had a second prepaid membership for less than a year. My job wouldn't allow me monthly attendances during the second 6 months they signed me up for. We were told when we signed up that we still would be able to use them "whenever we wanted" since we paid for them in advance. Now they don't want to allow me the opportunity to come in when I can! They claim it's EXPIRED! Ummm, it's a PREPAID membership-not providing me with the massages and elevations that have already been paid for is equivalent to stealing money! My "account record" is also incorrect-they have me listed as having a male therapist-but I've only ever chosen females....We purchased an elevation for each massage--more record keeping blunders revealed that magically,there are NO massages left but I still have an elevation on my account? Impossible since we purchased an elevation for each monthly massage.
Also I was told that my a few of my favorite therapists have left their employ. Honestly, it's NO WONDER with the underhanded crap that is going on at that location now.
When they first opened, they seemed to genuinely care about their customers. As the time has passed and with the newer employees they've chosen to hire, well, it will drive their customers away. It certainly has driven us away! I want my money back, if I can't have the massages that I paid for.
