Massage Luxe- Wentzville They think they are more entitled to my money than I am Wentzville Missouri

I was a member of Maggage Luxe in Wentzville. I had authorized the company to take out $54.88 on the 12th of every month. This month they took out $164.64, on 11/12/13 the company took out $54.88. Then this am they took out $54.88 twice.

I called multiple times before the manager finally called me back. The manager said that the fault was obviously on my end. The withdrawn amount is always done automatively and it would have come out of my account three times this month because there was no money in my account the previous two months. The manager also stated that I would have received phone calls and mail to inform me that my account had been late. 

My problem is that there was money in my account at all times. The company took out $164.64 prior to my being paid and did cause my account to be overdrafted. I never received any mail or phone calls. Not once did the company try and take the agreed amount out of my account and more importantly did not have my permission to take more than the agreed amount out. 

The company was rude and unhelpful. I hope that this shows people the kind of company they are and will not seek their services.
