In short, I talked to a lot of people and always most always got the same type of response. I bought a massage table, had it about a month and it broke. Massage Warehouse told me I was going to have to pay to have it shipped back, wait a while, pay to have it returned. I said this was unacceptable and they needed to pay shipping on the old and send me a new table. The woman said she'd call me back soon with more information on that. She never called me back, and I tried calling her for about THREE WEEKS!
Finally, I talked to some other girl that basically said the same thing, also said the other girl tried to call (lie), and said she'd call me back, which never happened. Then my mother became involved, and somehow got some lady to FINALLY tell us that shipping on the old table would be free and a new table would be shipped out as soon as the old one was back with no waiting. (Another very big lie...)
Well, about a week and a half goes by, and I call to see how things are going. A man tells me he'd check on the status of the table and call me back in ten minutes. So THREE DAYS later I get a call back from him saying that the old repaired table would probably be shipped out in three to five days! He left a message with no extension number to reach him at. Tried to get in touch with him many times but never did.
Sooooo it's been about six weeks since the table broke and I still don't have a new one. Also, my mother can't even get in touch with the woman that told us a new one would be sent out right away, by email or phone. I do not know many of the employees' names I have spoken to, and I'd rather not use the ones I do know because I believe the entire company is at fault. You don't get this type of service over and over again without something being wrong.
