My wife and I bought a car from massive Auto Brokers. We paid cash for the car. The only thing left to pay on the car was the tag and title. The cars price was $2500. That amount was paid in cash. Then they added an extra 500 dollars for tag and title. The 500 dollars was broken down into 3 payments. The last payment was arranged for a week late. They called once for a payment that wasn't due yet. I paid it anyway!

We called on the 18th of December to get an extension for a week to make the last payment on the 27th, ttwo days after Christmas. Without any notice, Massive Auto Brokers came and picked up the car on the evening of the 27th.

Now they are charging another 500 dollars for towing.

This is a shady car lot. I would NOT recommend anyone to do business with them. They are scoundrals doing anything they can to get extra money because they are broke from their lack of business!

This customer was a week late on her payment when she called for another week extension. This made her extended due date December 23rd, not December 27th, which was a full two weeks after the original payment was due. When December 23rd came, our office attempted multiple times to call the phone numbers given to us at the time of purchase and none were answered nor returned. After four days or unanswered phone calls and being over two weeks late on a payment, the car was repossessed.

Later that day of the 28th of December, we picked up the car after being charged a credit card processing fee, there was 5 dollars in the console that wasn't there!!! The staff seemed to all need $5.

Just a horrible experience doing the holidays and in this tough economy and hope noone else goes through it with these guys!

Many companies in the USA will be going broke for 'lack of business' in the months and years ahead, because much of our 'system' in the USA, including our government, has its foundation solidly built on lies, deception, fraud, manipulation, greed, trickery, deep corruption, and the constant pursuit to financially injure the innocent people living in America.

Make sure to contact your Attorney General immediately and send him a copy of your Ripoff Report along with all copies of all the paperwork that you received from the dealership.
