Been with Mastec Greensboro for only a year seems to be a no win situation bad routing substandard management at all levels and a real propensity to tak as much of your hard earned money as possable they will struggle to find every available reason to dock your pay ive been charged back for a customer service call because the 86 year old woman didnt know how to put her tv on chanell 3 cmon guys thats rediculous ...or the guy who hit his dish while mowing ....as if our meager earnings werent bad enough and if it where only myself that had the same problems I might understand ,this company is horrible I no now why the turnover rate is so high out of a class of 17 Im one of 3 still employed every week there is some kind of new deuction new rule or change in policy ....A new excuse to take our money Take some advice if you work for mastec get out if you are looking for a job dont apply youll regret it ask any employee currently working theyll tell you the same thing its not worth it theyre crooks!!!!
