Once they get your credit card and charge it. Your done. No refund, No credit back, No flexibility. I signed up for a service but had the wrong results. Asked them nicely to credit me back so I could get the other service. NO WAY. Sorry, you were sent a text with a trade example so therefore no refund. I purchased a months worth of trade results and after only one round I contacted them right away. Don't want to say the ladys name since she represents the company's policy it's not personal. I just found out they charged my card again and I was real clear with her that I was not happy with their service. Now I have to go through all the BS involved with contacting my credit card co. and disputing and blocking this company from taking any more money from me. Darn!!! Hate getting involved with companies that don't care about anything but money and themselves. My bad, hope your more careful.

We at MasterMind Traders are very concerned about our students and take pride in the fact that we do everything we can to help them succeed.
We have a Zen Desk Support Desk that answers questions almost immediately. We have a FB support group for people to get questions answered. We offer free Skpe calls. We have free live coaching. We have emails to correspond.
This student was given a complete refund as soon as we were aware of any issue. His comments while they might be his opinion are simply not true and are false. We do care about our students. You can reach us. If you have a problem we work with you to fix it with you. Pure and simple.
It is unfortunate that things like this happen and are not handled in a more approriate manner. We have thousands of students all over the world that have great success with what we do at MMT and I am very proud of that.
