MasterTech Vehicle protection Program AKA American Financial Fruad Unreliable Unresponsive negllectfull thieves sharks ripoff San Antonio/Houston, Nationwide

I purchased a vehicle with the master tech extended auto warranty  I Have never ever been able to get a hold of them directly. My repairs have always fallen under my Cars Manufacturers warranty. They Will not return calls and they expect you to pay for everything upfront and leave vauge promises of reimbursement that are never met. It's a load of what comes out the back ends of a bull.

I have Needed them twice, always on a weekend when they are not open. THey are open 7 to 7 Monday through Friday. They Do not return calls left over the weekend. and their 24 hour assistance will not tow a car to a shop that's closed up for the day and then will not tow a car more than once in 7 days so if you have to have it towed somewhere safe you're stuck footing the bill to get it to the repair shop. No worth it... total and complete rip off.
