jgdarragh2285 :

Hello nice to meet you my name isXXXXX am a certified Fraud Examiner and will be helping you today.

jgdarragh2285 :

I'm not sure why they would refuse to help here, it is absolutely fraud what the perpetrator is doing, whether or not it would qualify as wire fraud is questionable depending on if a crime was committed with the information.

jgdarragh2285 :

However you should take this right to the federal authorities

jgdarragh2285 :

Go to www.ic3.gov

jgdarragh2285 :

File this report for internet fraud. It will get sent to the FBI, all you do at first is put in the facts, then after a short time they will contact you and will want as much information that you have on the criminal

jgdarragh2285 :

Go right past the site, this needs to be reported and the fact that they are not taking this seriously is very questionable as well

jgdarragh2285 :

I also suggest you go to this site, (((link redacted))), you can submit your complaint onto this message board this way others that use the site may be able to get a heads up.

jgdarragh2285 :

This is the best way to go about this. If you have any other questions please let me know.

JACUSTOMER-7gfj9w2m- :

The most likely reason for their lack of addressing the issue is that fake profiles are used by the site to make initial contact with paying members and falsely claiming direct contact with the fake member is only possible by upgrading the account of the user contacted in an attempt to extort additional funds for the site.

jgdarragh2285 :

That is definitely a possibility, and normally it is nothing but bad business, but when they take it to the level they have trying to gain personal information, that is where it becomes fraud, good luck to you!
