Match.com Jamon, Customer Care; Match.com do not stand by their customers. Conflicting information. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE Internet
I was informed that a refund could be issued after the 3 month paid subscription was over.
On August 14, 2012, I called Customer Care at: 800-926-2824 and spoke to Jamon. He informed me that Match.com would not refund my monies due to company policy. I requested that I speak to his supervisor. I was then transferred to Kevin, supervisor of Customer Care. Kevin informed me that Match.com could not refund a portion of my monies, even though I did not use a week of the subscription and was misinformed in April 2012 by Match.com Customer Care that I needed to call back after the 3 month subscription had lapsed. When I pressed him further of Match.com's reputation in servicing their customers, Kevin only responded with a Reference #120814-000357.
Poor, poor customer service and policies and guarantees that do not support their subscribers.
