I was initially impressed with the number of responses I got to view my profile. I was especially impressed with the number of responses I received from young attractive women in my area.
However, I soon became suspicious when I then responded to these young ladies, and received very generic notes back, usually of a sexual nature. I also wondered why a 26 year old woman would list "Seeking a man, 21 to 90 years old" on her profile. Why would a beautiful young girl be interested in an old man?
Every beautiful girl I responded to was VERY interested in me (naturally), but never used my name or discussed specific details regarding my earlier e-mails. I also found that several girls wrote the EXACT same things on their profiles, even if they were from different areas of the country.
Some of the girls' e-mails also directed me to sex sites. There were, of course, actual letters to me from users of the site. However, I have found that if you are an older man (or probably woman) who would like to meet someone, Mate1 is a scam. Young beautiful women do not need to pay to be a part of a dating service, sorry.
