 Mr. Walker, the owner of Alamo Custom Cut Tree Service, sold me a travel trailer, gave me a bill of sale, and gave me a title.  Found out the title wasn't his to give, and he had no bill of sale from the previous owner.  Called him back to get him to straighten the paperwork out, so that I could get the title in my name  and offerred to pay for his expenses in doing so (because I couldn't transfer it into my name as a third party until the 1st and 2nd parties got straight).  For four weeks he promised each week to get it done, but then didnt do it, and didnt call back to give any feedback.  If I called from a different number, he would answer and then have another excuse.  I chalked it up to his being very young and irresponsible---but I held out  hope for him and his family to do the right thing.  One day, he called me to say he would come and get the title and go take care of it...and apologized for the delays.  I gave him the title, and he never showed again or answered any emails, phone calls or voice messages. 

He is dishonest and immature, irresponsible and unable to conduct business in an ethical manner.  I posted several ratings about him and what he did to me, and finally he called me to complain---but only after calling himself to be sneaky.  He called to let me know (now four months later) that he wanted to take care of the paperwork and should he send it to the address he had there---and when I said yes, he said--so you admit that you have been putting out bad ratings about me.  I said yes, I do. He said he was going to take me to court. I said I hope you do.  He didnt have to be sneaky, all he would have had to do was ask me.

His unethical business practices spill over into his personal life----the fact that he conducts business like that lets me know I would NEVER ever give him a good rating about any business he was in--I find it hard to believe he would do his actual business any different than his personal--which is even more a testament of someone's character, I would think.  I would tell anyone not to hire him to do any work, because if you are not satisfied with the work he did, or the promise he gave, he and his business partner will just evade you.

BTW: He also uses overtalking and loud talking to try to "settle" discrepancies.  I was very, very disappointed in this young man who I thought had such a great future ahead of him. It is a shame he will be destroying his potential himself, just by how he practices ethics on a personal level.  I pity any woman or business affliate who might see the outside w/o knowing about the inside and make a decision based on that--unless they are just like him, of course.
