Matthew Adams And Realvoter.com Matt guy really wanna improve his website? Cheating on website making freelancers Bayport Internet

I just appoached this guy Matthew Adams on a freelancer website who said he wanted to improve his website. Then we talked and agreed on something.
We did a business proposal for him as well as a cooperation agreement draft and he said most are ok and want to talk to his lawyer.
But after that, he just vanished. He did not answer my emails, block me on all IMs. I then realized I was been ripped off by him.
The proposal we made to him include many useful information such as: Usercase diagrams, initializing modules analysis, and most important, our quote and timeline.
I post this report here is just to remind all of you who see this: do not believe and cooperate with this so-called "kind guy" by himself...
His skype account is: matthew.adams9 and it says he's in Bayport, US.
