I know the individual who filed this report and know personally of the situation......The attorney who represented the individual claiming the conflict, knew it was a conflict. It was brought up in the most recent of the two court hearings. If it was indeed, not a conflict of interest- it never would have been discussed, between the attorneys at matthews and hawkins. The judge that heard the 1st hearing can tell anyone who wants to know....... including the judge that heard the 2nd hearing, who was present that day, who went to jail, who represented who, and who lied....this part is.......very cut and dried.......and some might say......simple

Your claim certainly raises a suspicion of conflict of interest, but whether one actually exists isn't as cut and dry as you may think.

If the issues, facts and/or claims in the first case (the one where you were represented) are substantially connected to the issues in the instant case, there's likely a conflict of interest. If information about yourself or your case that the lawyer knows due to his previous representation is germane to the instant case, there is likely a conflict of interest.

However, if the two cases are completely unrelated, and if the lawyer's prior knowledge of your affairs won't help him in this case, a conflict of interest is not necessarily present.

Most attorneys will ask for a former client's written waiver before acting against him in another case, or will at least seek the court's prior permission.

Continually updating your report isn't going to do you any good unless you care to point out specific advantages this lawyer has due to his prior representation of you. At this point your continued postings are making you appear a bit deluded and paranoid.

If you are in the course of litigation and feel that there is an improper conflict of interest, petition the judge for a disqualification. If this is an out-of-court matter, file a grievance with your state's bar.

How do you all do it? Erase information, that otherwise would not be erased. This should stay posted no matter what. If the referenced case was not a "Conflict", why would you go to the trouble to erase it from the internet. If it's not true, don't worry about it! Why would you go the extra mile to try to destroy my family?, I have to ask you that!
