We purchased and kept as was told. Took back &upgraded to a higher priced mattress. Have now spent over$3000 Went in again because still not good and now was told "you could only do that once and the guy you bought from is no longer here"
Now have this expensive mattress and still in pain. Called customer service (yeah right) and was told we had to call Albuquerque. The number they give goes to someone's voice mail and they never call you back.
DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY...BEWARE!!!!
