I was referred to Travis Williams of Mattress Giant by corporate headquarters stating he was the man to speak with concerning mattress deliveries. I called the distribution center & a gentleman said Travis was not available to call back after 1:00 P.M. I called back at 3:00 P.M & the same voice said he was in a meeting to call back at 4:30 P.M. I called back at 4:30 P.M & the same voice said Travis had gone home for the day. I called the next morning & was told by the same voice Travis was gone to lunch to call later. I called again that afternoon & the same voice said he was Travis. I was shocked but didn't ??? He said he could only see me on Tuesdays (plain knowing they are never open on Tuesdays). I also gave him my cell phone # in the event any circumstance might prevent his being available that day. I phoned Tuesday AM our appointment day only to hear a recording they were closed on Tuesdays. I was shocked again, however, thought maybe he will be there working even if they are closed as this does happen sometimes. I drove to our appointment address only the find the parking lot totally empty. I went to the door only to find the place empty, knocked on the door -- all to no avail. What kind of person does this to another? This was NOT a mistake on his part as he willingly set up our appointment on a day they are never open. If Mattress Giant employs these type of people it certainly leaves a bad picture in the mind of clients.
