Mattress One Shipping Diaster Davie, Florida

Had a complete nightmare with Mattress One's warehouse and sales staff. I was told by the salesman on the date of purchase the full set we purchased could be delivered same day. We were unable to take that offer as my daughters new bed frame had not been delivered yet, leaving us to schedule for delivery. We had purchased the mattress set on Sunday and had her bed frame delivered on Monday assembled. I call the salesman on Tuesday to schedule the delivery and was told the earliest it could be Delivered was Thursday. I cant understand why the extra day considering I was offered same day on the date of purchase, but whatever. I did however need the mattress delivered before 11am and was assured by the salesman that would not be a problem. So Thursday came and by 11:30, I had no mattress and no call letting me what the status was. I called the salesman and was told he cannot locate what truck or driver that has my mattress set. About a half hour later I received a call on my way to work from the driver. I explained the situation to the driver and was told he does not start his deliveries until 12pm anyways. They do have an earlier truck but, he did not know why it was not put on that one. I called back to the salesman to reschedule the following day with the same 11am deadline. So Friday comes its 11am and still no mattress. At this point I call and speak to a manager who contacts the driver and I would not get the mattress until after 3pm. The manager even tells me that he has addressed this issue with the owner along with many others regarding the warehouse with no concern or resolve from him.
