the mattres is lopsided - higher on one side than the other. it was fine in the store. I believe it was mishandled by these two men clowning around. possibly dropped. the store says it was a floor model and not guaranteed.
it was fine in the store which is why I took it. it cost $70 for delivery. I bought a nice mattress. it was all right in the store. now it is damaged.
I believe it was mishandled by these two deliverymen as above.
I would like a full refund of $730.
