Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Just wanted all drivers who may be thinking of working for maverick to really think hard and research before signing on with this company. I worked there for abt two years and things were ok. Hard work,descent pay. Hometime as promised. Things slowed down and I wasn't making enough money. Found another job. Left maverick.
Two years down the road decided to make another switch,and lo and behold, maverick has me down as a "not eligible for re-hire.Called the company and was told that they didn't know why and didn't care...wasn't there problem. Don't we all love truckin!!!

If Maverick doesn't want to hire you back that's their choice. They didn't lie on your DAC they just said they wouldn't like to have you back. That could be for several reason from your attitude to them changing their hiring area. I don't see how this is a rip-off?

It did affect my employment.
Since this appeared on my DAC i have not been able to work for any company that uses that service.
I.E. I have been employed by small outlaw type companies who tend to go out of business or get shut down.
Also,it's not just trucking companies that use DAC.
I recently applied for a re-finance of my mortgage,and although it did not affect my loan,they did in fact pull it.
It may not technically be a rip-off,but its not fair business either!

You worked for 'em for two years. All OK, according to you until things slowed down (join the club, by the way!). You leave, find another job, and now whine and moan because they put "not eligible for rehire" on your DAC? What the hey do ya want, a flippin' red carpet?
Honestly, you're acting like your little feelings are hurt. Now, had they put down that you abandoned a truck, had a wreck that you didn't have, or some other nonsense, you'd have a gripe. But THIS? Please!
Obviously, the comments Maverick put on your DAC made no difference in your ability to land other employment, so where is the rip-off? All they're saying is that you're not eligible to come back to them.
