I, along with my business partners, became involved with Troy Shane McCranie, the first part of June 2012. He misrepresented himself as the area manager for Maximum Security Alarm. We did all necessary paperwork according to Troy and we were officially Maximum employees. We attended meetings and were given badges, contracts, and business cards. After generating 2 customs, we found out that we were not employees and that Maximum had never heard of us. Futhermore, when I further inquired, Troy was paid the commissions becaused he had forged new contracts with his name as the consultant. I informed the owner at Maximum, Andrew Higgins, but never returned my calls. And futhermore, Troy Shayne McCranie still works for the company. I would advise any consumer in the Kansas City Metro area to not let this individual in your home. In the event your credit is denied, he told me that will use othe people's social to get an approval. After hearing that, I googled Troy Shayne McCranie's name and to surprise, he has served 2 prison terms. One for fraud/embezzlement and the other was drug related. I did inform Maximum of this but he still works for them. So be careful of your alarm company selection and particularly who you let in your home. Monotronic is a major alarm company but they should rethink their relationship with Maximum. By the way, I have filed a complaint and report with the federal government, and an investigation is forthcoming.
