It is untrue that I am a "sham". The site referred to makes statements when the user registers, after the user registers, and below the location of the question that only legal information is being provided; it is not advice. Moreover, the site - for that reason - makes clear in all of those locations that it does not replace advice from a local attorney. Further, since it is not legal advice, on the site, justanswer reports what States the experts are licensed to practice law in (and makes it clear that those are the only States that experts are allowed to practice law in). This site is intended to provide general legal information only, and not to provide advice from local attorneys; for that reason, experts explain general legal information and do not provide legal advice. Therefore, they do not practice law on the site. That is the clear purpose of the site, and the site makes disclaimers everywhere that that is the case.

This is this individual's second attempt to defame me, since he or she waited until the last moment and went to a site intended to provide general information and use it as legal advice - something the site is specifically setup not to do. Not only is it not intended for that purpose, but it makes that very clear to  users of the site by littering it with disclaimers to that effect all over the site.

Finally, there is a reason that individuals' names are not listed on the site. It is intended to be generalized legal information from experts who are to be un-named. This furthers the cause of preventing any reasonable user from thinking that a lawyer-client relationship has formed.  While I neither acknowledge nor deny whether I am an expert on that site, I deny just about everything else.
