I spent over a 6 months to get them to say, oh maybe we made a mistake...and your site was not really bad or computer program is not so great!

SiteAdvisor has tested millions of websites, and still
has many millions more waiting to be tested. Meanwhile, our automated web
testing system is re-evaluating existing sites to see if their ratings need to
change. Please understand that this process can take a very long time, given
the magnitude of the task. Please check your rating again after at least eight
weeks. If it is still gray at that point, I'll see if there's anything I can do
to accelerate the process for you.
