I've been a faithful customer and paid for Virus Protection, Firewall, and other features. Lately I've been having some issues and I'm not one to open up attachements from strange EMails, nor Surf Porn, Download Music, Games my computer is a tool. I started getting these McAfee warnings they were quarenten some scripts and to run a complete scan which I have done.....Over and over...Finally I called their Customer Support number and spoke to a (Punjabi) speaking person who I had trouble understanding, and she in so many words tried to blame me. I told her if your products ie;DATS,Firewalls etc. were upto date I wouldn't be here talking with you! She told me for an additional $89.00 they could straighten theproblem out. That's on top of the yearly price! They patched to a SUPV. and the same thing again...I couldn't understand him either! Which brought me to ask you aren't in Santa Clara,CA. are You? He said of course not I'm in India! What a Rip Off!!!!
