When signing a lease agreement with McGregor Interest beware that their lease agreement is written to lead you to believe that the restrictions only apply to outer walls, windows, doors, awnings.  Their interpretation when trying to conceal the lessee variable agreements also include all interior walls, windows, floors, ceilings and such.

Have an attorney review the lease before signing, please.

"6.03 Signs, Awnings and Canopies.  Tenant will not, without landlord's prior written consent, such consent at Landlord's sole discretion, place or suffer to place or maintained upon the roof or on any exterior door, wall or window of the leased premises, any sign, awning or canopy or advertising matter or other thing of any kind, and will not without such consent place or maintain any decoration, lettering or advertising matter on the glass of any window or door of the leased premises."
