Well, I don't want to give specifics since I am still renting from them and I would like to get my security deposit back. Yeah, right. Begining to think that is not going to happen. Just need to say" Only pay your rent online."

This tenant never paid rent online and still dropped off rent and even dropped it in the night drop slot from time to time. They could not give us proof of the money orders that were purchased.

We tried to help them out on this matter by telling them how to go about getting their money back. We tried to help them on this matter in all ways. I feel that she did not take her own advice and do what they ccould to keep this problem from happening again.

We have put some new policies in place due to this complaint and have not had any other problems but this one.
