Dave McKinnis of McKinnis Sheet Metal in Blair Nebraska is a rip off. They owe me over $100,000 right now for unpaid jobs that I sold. Nebraska State Labor board is investigating them right now. He makes you drive his cars or his logo's, his meeting manditiory, Shirts are McKinnis Manditory, and by law this makes all of us employees. He has over 15 guys working just like this right now and the state is about to put and end to it. John, from the other report you reall need to get ahold of me.. You MUST get online and file a complaint with the labor/wage board. Melissa is who is working with me right now. I remember working with you and actually had to finish some of your jobs.. Do you remember me? You have got to get ahold of me some how.. McKinnis Roofing is also commiting Insurance fraud and charges sales tax on the whole job if can get away with it. Not legal in Nebraska. I have a list of previous employees that have not been paid or owe unemployment etc. I also have a few guys who have been hurt on the job so if any attorney out their would like one hell of a law suit you should hit me up. I also have been talking to my 170+ sold jobs and getting paperwork myself. Im finding most of them have been over charged and them McKinnis Roofing puts a lien on the homeowners house and forces to pay. Also have a VERY LONG LIST OF VERY VERY PISSED OFF HOMEOWNERS!!!! THIS WOULD BE A ATTORNEYS DREAM CASE!!! I HAVE ALL THE INFORMATION YOU WOULD EVER NEED.... Asbestis jobs done by employees with no safety gear, hundreds of Lead Paint jobs that did not get any of the required safety precautions or paper work done to it, hundreds of family's lives are being put at risk every day McKinnis Roofing is in buisness. I Have lists of Ex employees and current employees that have been forced to work in very unsafe working conditions. If you are an attorney looking for a great class action lawsuit this is the one for you. McKinnis Roofing is one of the LARGEST ROOFING CONTRACTORS IN THE UNITED STATES!!! Out of my 170 homeowners ive sold work to all 170 of them are pissed off at McKinnis Roofing....... THIS MUST BE STOPED!!! HE SHOULD HAVE PAID US HUH JOHN!!!!!!!!!
